Instructional design has been in the making for years—long before I officially carried the title.
My journey began in the arts, where I developed a strong appreciation for visual design and how structure shapes understanding. I later earned a degree in Software Engineering, building technical skills and a systems-based mindset that now supports my work in eLearning development.
My career in education deepened my expertise in curriculum design and learner-centered instruction. As a multilingual specialist and instructional coach, I led large-scale initiatives and developed the communication skills needed to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Instructional design brings all of these experiences together—visual clarity, technical structure, and strategic collaboration.
Outside of work, I train for marathons and triathlons, enjoying the discipline and structure that endurance sports demand. Recently, I’ve also started playing pickleball, which adds a fun and competitive balance to my routine.
